We will collect information about your project goals to determine how we can help you, and to educate you about the kinds of services we offer. Should we decide with you to further explore working together,we schedule a complementary on-site meeting.

| Initial Consultation: |
One of the company's principals, AJ Browne or Shaun Whistler, will meet with you at your house or construction site, to clarify objectives, determine project scope and budget, and thoroughly review all pertinent information relative to providing correct recommendations and an accurate estimate of resources necessary to complete the project to your satisfaction.

Initiate Project: |
We will meet with you to review our pricing that encompasses details regarding time, construction work, and materials needed to complete your project.
Once we have decided to work together,
your deposit secures our commitment to scheduling your project and start date, and to begin purchasing materials. At this time we will also work with you to obtain any necessary permits.

| Construction: |
Once we have begun construction we are committed to working consistently at your site until the project is complete. Our owners AJ Browne and Shaun Whistler are on-site and always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. We will give you ample time to make necessary decisions regarding choosing materials, such as flooring and paint, with each phase of construction that requires your input.

| Walk Through: |
As the construction reaches completion, we will walk through and review the entire site with you. At this time, we attend to making sure you are totally satisfied and, if needed, create a list with you of details to address before the project is complete. |
